It is to inform the students of BG 2nd semester Urdu MIL and Urdu Literature that their viva examination will be conducted on 5th of September (Roll nos. 20315049 to 20315595) and on 7th of September 2020 (Roll no.s 20315608 to 20373218) from 11 am to 1 pm .The examination of only those candidates will be conducted who have submitted their assignments up to 31st of August 2020. The students who won’t take call for Viva on scheduled time will be treated as absent.

Notice Regarding Google Classes Code

 All  the HOD’S are directed to submit Google classroom codes to the undersigned by tomorrow  23/08/2020 so that the students of fresh private and Backlog 2nd Semester, 4th semester & 5th semester who have been assigned  Examination center at Govt Degree College Sopore can upload their assignments to the concerned HOD’S and Faculty members. Most of the students approach to the undersigned regarding this issue that the concerned faculty members do not attend their calls and also complain that the Google classroom codes are incorrect or not available.

The matter may be treated most urgent.

Important notice for BG 2nd ,4th and 5th semester backlog candidates

This is for the information of BG 2nd ,4th and 5th semester backlog students that they should submit their assignments (any topic related to syllabus) up to 25th of August 2020. The students must follow the instructions given below.

Important Instructions :

  1. The assignment must be (handwritten or typed) neat, clean and readable.
  2. Don’t share your assignments with your friends or classmates and as such one and a similar assignment submitted by two or more students be treated as “a case of copying”.
  3. The assignments must be submitted up to due date i.e. 25th of August 2020.
  4. Write your roll number, name, registration number (if available), batch, Mobile number & Email ID on the top of the assignment.
  5. The assignment should be of at least 1000 words.
  6. The assignments shall be sent in time on any of the given WhatsApp no.s
