Important notice for BG 2nd ,4th and 5th semester backlog candidates

This is for the information of BG 2nd ,4th and 5th semester backlog students that they should submit their assignments (any topic related to syllabus) up to 25th of August 2020. The students must follow the instructions given below.

Important Instructions :

  1. The assignment must be (handwritten or typed) neat, clean and readable.
  2. Don’t share your assignments with your friends or classmates and as such one and a similar assignment submitted by two or more students be treated as “a case of copying”.
  3. The assignments must be submitted up to due date i.e. 25th of August 2020.
  4. Write your roll number, name, registration number (if available), batch, Mobile number & Email ID on the top of the assignment.
  5. The assignment should be of at least 1000 words.

Important notice for all the HODs regarding Google Classroom

All  the HOD’S are directed to submit Google classroom codes to the undersigned by tomorrow  23/08/2020 so that the students of fresh private and Backlog 2nd Semester, 4th semester & 5th semester who have been assigned  Examination center at Govt Degree College Sopore can upload their assignments to the concerned HOD’S and Faculty members. Most of the students approach to the undersigned regarding this issue that the concerned faculty members do not attend their calls and also complain that the Google classroom codes are incorrect or not available.

The matter may be treated most urgent.

Important notice for staff members

It is for the information of all the HODs to direct their faculty members to submit theory marks awards of pending BG 3rd Semester Batch 2018 and Backlog candidates of Batch 2016-17 to Faisal Bashir Marazi  (Examination Coordinator Room) for onward submission to Controller Examination, University of Kashmir in order to declare result of Batch 2016 candidates at an earliest. Important notice for BG 5th Semester Backlog students

It is for the information of all faculty members to Conduct examination of BG 5th
Semester Backlog theory as per paper position mentioned below after uploading of admit
cards to their concerned subject teachers. The faculty members can conduct the
examination at their own will and convenience so that awards along with examination Roll
No’s could be submitted well in time to Faisal Bashir Marazi (Examination coordinator room)
for onwards submission/updation to Controller Examination University of Kashmir.
